Sample Sales/Motivational Training Session

This program consists of a two hour highly participative workshop for the sales reps, using the following format:
 
Part 1¬†is designed to open the attendees’ minds to the presence of a personal comfort zone, which affects their earning potential by the limits imposed via a problematic self-esteem. Uncovering the reasons for the self-sabotage suffered by at least 80% of any sales force prepares the attendees for change and improvement. Once the self-image improves, so does the desire to learn and earn more.
 
Part 2 teaches the best closing techniques being used by the top pros in the sales field, leading prospects to make their own decision to purchase today, with no pressure involved in the process.
 
As a result of the two-pronged program sales reps tend to think differently about themselves and selling as a financially rewarding career instead of a job (Just-Over-Broke). They walk away from the session newly motivated and ready to face prospects with renewed self-confidence in themselves, as well as their product/service.
